Charleys Cheesesteaks

I’d like to start by saying the people here are very kind. I used to go to the one in Pheasant Lane all the time and I ordered the same thing every time I went and it was phenomenal. I started working at the Rockingham mall and thought I’d have a similar experience. The food is always ready on time when I order for my short 30 minute break ahead of time on the app. The issue is that it seldomly comes correct when I order when it’s busier. Today I ordered and it came wrong. The associate told me I could keep the wrong one or toss it. So I tossed it away seeing they were making a whole new order. I bring back the food that’s correctly made with my 5 minutes left on break to quickly eat and it’s wrong, and doesn’t have the side of fries this time. I am giving up trying to order from this location. Bummer because charley’s was my favorite place to go! :(

Nice food court mall option. Think Subway for Philly style cheese steaks. You're asked what you want on the sandwich just like how they do at Subway. I could not see the ingredients so I'm not sure what kind of toppings are options. It was my first time at this chain so I really didn't know how to order. I was up sold an ice tea which I didn't want (it's a $1 extra btw) despite my confusion, the staff was friendly and helpful. Newly opened as of this review the food was made to order and service was quick.
