It was recommended by local people. I really like their food. One on my favorites is the lettuce wraps. Owner and staff are very friendly. I got a menu and the owner marks the dishes I tried and recommended new ones. This place is a jewel and a "most visit" if you are looking for a place to eat. Prices are also good.

Went in not expecting much due to the exterior. Inside is VERY NICE. Food is EXCELLENT. Lunch Entree came with the best soup I've ever had. I had volcano chicken. Very flavorful. Definitely recommend if you're in the area

I must say, this place is top notch if you're a Thai food lover. Always service with a smile and a "have a great day and be safe/healthy" from the staff. Prices are reasonable and the food is tasty! I always get either the Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) or the Thai Fried rice and have not been disappointed yet and neither will you!

We love the international options that are available in Richmond. This makes me miss home, Bloomington, IN a little less. The food is consistent, hot, and delicious.

Amazing food.
As an L.A. transplant, I fell in love with this place on my first trip here in 2019. Historic Thai Town in L.A. was minutes away from my house and the neighborhood to go to if you wanted bomb Thai food. Thai Thara rivals what I was used to eating in L.A. and for that I'm grateful because the food options here aren't spectacular. Menu is limited but that's understandable based on this being the midwest and folks here have a different palate than big city people.

My hus and I just tried this place. It was great. The service was awesome and quick. We have talked about trying this place and we just now did. We could kick ourselves. We will be going back here.

i don’t know why i haven’t done this sooner but five stars for sure!! 🥵🥰 my favorite restaurant by far since i was 13 (18 now). food always hot and fresh, cute little dining area, fast service, and AMAZING people. they always know my order even if it’s been months since i’ve eaten there. could not recommend enough :)) THANK YOU!!!
