Xtras is one of my favorite restaurants in Richmond. The food is always great, and the cocktails are out of this world. The service does tend to be a bit slow, so I don't reccomend going when you're in a rush, but the staff is always super friendly and the wait is always worth it. (Try the shrimp and grits!)
The atmosphere is great, the music is great, the food and drinks are great, everything is amazing! It's the perfect place for a casual but classy gathering.

This is my new favorite place in Richmond. The food is great and creative and diverse, but what really sets it apart are its creative drink menu and the service. The prices are reasonable here yet the service is always that of a pricier five-star restaurant. Great vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Amazing mocktails. The atmosphere is great, too. Great for get-togethers. A small outside balcony for when the weather cooperates. If you need good food and good service, this place never disappoints.

Nice little bar/cafe, outdoor seating on a balcony was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The limited menu options are somewhat overpriced but coming for the specials or getting items from the kids menu can be a great value. Worth checking out if you're in the area. Much praise for their cocktail selection and wide variety of mocktails available.

Food was good, location was right next to a free garage, and our waitress was friendly. However, our checks took 45 minutes to come back to the table. It was a larger party (10-15 people), but the restaurant was not busy, and other tables' checks were being picked up and returned in that time.

Modern casual French style with the BEST food. We had the bruschetta as an appetizer, shrimp basil pesto with linguine and asiago cheese, roasted salmon with a lemon caper cream resting on spinach goat cheese risotto. These meals were out of this world with flavor! Perfectly cooked and presented with excellent drinks.
The prices were very affordable.
Definitely make this your next choice for dining again and again!!!

The staff are great, the owner is awesome, the food is AMAZING and of gourmet quality. Everyone I’ve brought here so far agrees that they love the food, the atmosphere, and the prices! I love supporting small businesses, especially ones that I would describe as a “hidden gem”.

Simply amazing food. Full bar. Excellent service. Relaxed atmosphere. Seriously, come here once and you'll be hooked. The meatloaf is absolutely delicious!

I absolutely love this place. I truly think it's a hidden gem in carytown! Their food is fantastic and the ambience is super casual. I really love sitting on their balcony in the summer months and people watching from above too. I also love that they always have bold rock on tap! Highly recommend this place!
