Really nice gentlemen working the store. This is the second time we’ve visited this subway and he’s been very pleasant both times. Hard to find good customer service like that these days.

This is a good Subway location. I was here about a week ago and stopped by for lunch. There was a massive crowd (because of a local event discharging a flood of attendees) so I walked around for a bit and went in after most of the people had left. The staff were highly competent and the food was surprisingly decent. I mean, it's Subway. Compared to other Subways, it's a nice Subway.

My sandwich was great but I was disappointed that I wasn't able to swipe my Subway card to add points/get a free cookie for my birthday because their POS machine was down.

I mean, the food is like any other Subway. The reason for the four stars is the consistent amazing customer service here. I don't come here that often (not the biggest fan of their subs), but everytime I have the people behind the counter are so friendly. Really, they deserve FIVE stars.....but I still am not a big fan of the food. The employees make this an awesome experience, and for that I thank them!

Always a good experience when I patronize the one on 4th and Broad but the franchise in Vcu does not honor Coupons so I will not be patronizing them anymore

We ate here for dinner while at a convention. Jason was very friendly and did a great job making our sandwiches for us. He was so nice to cut up our sandwiches for us too. Service was quick and on point. I didn’t give it 5 Stars because the place was rather dirty as the floor was filthy with crumbs and chips.

Typical great Subway quality and freshness. Visited here for a homeschool conference and this team was polite and fast and really handled the lunch line, which was out the door, expeditiously!
