A very nice and clean store. They sell a variety of bagels and can make many types of sandwiches on bagels. Their ham, egg & cheese bagel is delicious. Currently, they only have outdoor dining tables, but indoor seating will be available in January, 2024.

I love Einstein Bros. Bagels breakfast sandwiches! I tend to get the bacon, egg, and cheddar on an Asiago bagel breakfast sandwich. It's so tasty!

Great place for a quick sandwich and beverage. Prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection to choose from. I will certainly come back when it's a little cooler, tho. There is no place to sit inside for some reason. All the sitting areas outside were filled.

Amazing whole wheat bagel egg white bacon and avocado. When I first submitted my review, I failed to mention that I live in New Jersey and we have a lot of good bagel shops here...I was very impressed with Einstein's in Richmond. I grew up here, but the food is so much better now!!!

Great way to start a Saturday morning! Good coffee, fresh bagels, fast service and friendly staff. Outside seating was a plus on a beautiful fall morning!

This is my fiancé and I’s favorite morning stop for breakfast bagels. The service is quick, the coffee is good and the bagels are fantastic. There is an outdoor patio seating area that is great for sitting. Recently though I found that there are a lot of cigarette butts and wild mallards getting too close which makes eating at the patio not very pleasant… Room for improvement but otherwise the food is great!

Helpful and friendly staff is the biggest plus of this Einstein’s location. I often use the app for curbside pickup when I’m on a walk with my kids and dog. When I arrive, they always have my order ready. When they bring my order out, they are cordial and positively engaging. I appreciate the personable interaction.
I’ve frequented Einstein Bros. Bagels for many years, many different locations, and I feel I always have a positive interaction with the staff. Speaks highly for the company and for all the individuals working there (my Stony Point Shopping Center location is still #1).

Customer service is good. However, I was told Monday (sale day) I could not get Bagel's on sale because I didn't have the app on my phone. I used to get the sale before & not everyone in this world have cell phones! It should be sales to all. Disappointed at your company.

Got a bagelrito and orange juice. Interestingly good bagelrito, tasty, fresh and hot. A very quick turn around time since no one was there. Easy parking and good access from Huguenot rd. The only problem is seating, there is none inside but they do have a couple tables outside.
