Don't let the size or location of this little joint fool you. They seriously make the best burger you can buy. All quality ingredients. Featuring the best beef patty I've ever tasted. They flat top cook the burgers that leaves a slight ultra delicious crust on the patty. The buns are fresh and lightly toasted to open up the flavor of the roll. Their produce ratio is perfect. No hunky onions and bulky lettuce and tomatoes here. Fries are as generous and as as hot as you could want. And what's best of all the service is always friendly and prompt no matter how long the line may be. As I first mentioned this place is a gem!

I don’t think there’s enough room for me to explain the greatness of this establishment. The food is amazing, it has the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. I’m 40 years old and I’ve have traveled all over the world being in the military. I came here almost every day when I was in the area for two weeks of training. The owner runs the place and remembered me after one day, best customer service a person could ever need. You’re honestly missing out if you don’t try this place out at least once!

I have been coming here for years. This is a neighborhood go to. Solid and consistent. So my choices have changed when I stopped eating meat years ago but I’ve had it all. From their cheese steak hoagies, burgers, fries, teriyaki, grilled cheese sandwiches and more. Now that I don’t eat meat, I order a veggie hoagie or a grilled cheese. Sam has ALWAYS been the greatest. He treats everyone as if your family and knows us by name. You can call in your order or do a walk in. Their portions never lack in size either but it’s so good it’s hard to hold back.

The ratings are true and this spot earns all 5 stars. Sam, the owner, truly runs this place efficiently. Don’t let the meager exterior fool you or turn you off from this location. The food is very fresh, fast, and friendly. Best burgers in the east bay if you ask me. I wish the location was open on Sundays, but these guys earn their one day off in the week.

Everything you want and more in a neighborhood burger joint - thick juicy burgers on a soft pillowy bun, creamy milkshakes that are not too thick or watery, and crisp hot fries. Service is fast, owner is friendly and seems to know everyone. Spend a bit of time at a counter enjoying your burger and you’ll learn everything going on around town. Top, top notch!
