Five Guys

My experience today was so good I had to put in a positive word. Our normal interaction with staff would be brief, however Chris L was able to make this experience memorable. To be greeted with smiles and an overwhelmingly positive attitude is refreshing amidst the hustle and hustle of holiday foot traffic. Those little moments can be important and make a difference in someone's day. As I ate dinner with my daughter I casually observed other customers placing orders and he was able to get everyone else smiling and laughing along with him. Oh yeah and the food was really good!

They were SO nice here! Everyone was smiling and laughing. The food was well put together, and delicious. Maybe I was very hungry, it man it was great!!! The burgers were warm and the fries were not soggy. Delicious and the people were SO FRIENDLY! Crew working on 6/19/2023 around 2:30-3:00 were A+!

This is the best five guys location in the Richmond Area, and believe I have tried them all. I've been a Five Guys junky since my parents took me to their original store in Arlington when I was 4. I remember the Boom Box in the corner and that they used to wedge cut their potatoes for French Fries. Never forget. Ever since they franchised its not been the same, but this location at least truly does the best job of recreating it. Because they Do. Not. Mess. Up. The. Toppings. The toppings are so important even if they are not charged! Every Five Guys franchise I have been too messes them up. Except this one. The grilled Onions and Mushrooms I always order on my burger are perfect. Absolutely Perfect. Always here. Never anywhere else. It is always the little things that set apart franchises. And this location is a cut above the rest. Its attention to the meaningless details translates into everything else. The store is always clean. The burgers are always great, and the staff are always friendly. Its the toppings my friends. The thing you don't pay for. If a store makes these quality the rest follows!

This location has fantastic service and immaculate vibes. Five guys originating in Virginia and being as good as it is makes of a stable here and they don't disappoint here at the Willow Lawn location. I go here all the time sometimes just to get a bag of fries and sit down and every time I'm greeted in a friendly way and get my food in less than a couple minutes. Other people need to quit whining about the price. If you want a cheap burger and fries go to McDonald's where it will suck, you'll be treated like you just offended someone, and you definitely won't get what you ordered or get it in a timely manner. Yes, five guys is pricey, but you get what you pay for.
