Friendly staff/management, quality of food is good and consistent. Hygiene is not as good as some other locations, lighting is a little depressing if you're planning on eating in. High volume location with very fast service and high tech ordering system, but they're often out of ingredients. If you plan on eating to-go double check you have things like utensils and croutons, they often miss small details especially when it's busy (which is often)

Easy to order from the menu, clean, lots of seating, the veggie sandwich I ordered was great, came with free chips. Rest of the group was happy with the food, the service, and ease of ordering. Favorite place of one of my nephews living in the area.

No soup at 7 am… soup starts at 9 am. Drinks were delicious. The green tea was the best one. Bagel was delicious and got a free wrap!

I am in this store so often and every time they make sure I get exactly what I want and are so cheery and nice! One time I heard a supervisor/manager type person being really encouraging and supportive of a new employee and telling them soon they’re going to be really good at every part of the job. I wish my manager was like this.

Solid Panera, not quite as slammed with college students as I would have predicted. Excellent staff and timely order prep. Parking is bad, but it's practically on VCU campus, so that's a given. At least they actually have a parking lot.

This is a really well-run spot. Staff is always courteous and the food is always fresh and correct. Service tends to be spot on too, although I have only been outside of peak hours. Really a good spot to grab a bite.

I’ve been here a lot, and the staff used to be kind to me and I would be kind to them in return. But now, some staff are rude and not thankful for your business at all. I couldn’t imagine giving a CUSTOMER an attitude like I had received from two of the staff today. Go work somewhere else if you’re miserable, and don’t take it out on me. Other than that, great food.
