I’m 99% sure I keep Mr. Submarine in business. I eat there wayyyy too often but the food AND service are just that good.

Some of the best subs in the city. Don't go here if you're looking for "aoli" or "arugula" or "brown mustard." Go here if you want a sub with LTO and solid working-class vibes. Also you can't go inside.

It was my first time trying Mr.Submarine and i like what i had. You can never go wrong with a roast beef sandwich. Will Definity come back when im in the area.

Indoor service is no longer available, only a drive thru. Eating a messy sub in the car kind of turns me off, would rather have access to indoor eating.
I ordered the steak and cheese everything on it. It was bland and it came out cool. My previous experience was not good either, not sure what is happening at this place. Probably won't visit again as there are many places nearby to eat.

I've been eating here for 30 years. Robert has been on the grill for over 25 years, and the Steak and cheese sub is easily the best I've ever had. Philly doesn't hold a candle to these subs.

Best steak n' cheese I have ever had! The fries were fantastic as well! Not overly salted like other reviews have mentioned. They were perfect. Fantastic drive-thru service as well.

The holy grail of Italian subs can be found right here, the standard for all others. I absolutely love their Italian sub, the perfect combination of all ingredients and I ask for extra banana peppers!! Get out and get you one!!!

First visit and never noticed it was down the street from my job!! I will be returning for the fresh subs!! Very fresh meat..very fresh rolls best I have since been here in Richmond not hard and stale like Wawa.. and other places. Not overly filled and sloppy to eat!! Love them and the customer service was impeccable and a lovely change from what we are and experience today.. dive thru only makes sense and safe for every single person and controlled and moves fast the line was long which means what???!?! THE FOOD IS GREAT!! A must try... I had the turkey and cheese sub combo well worth the price .. the sub is big!! And did I say fresh!!?

If I get anywhere near a 50 mi radius of this place I must pull over and have the best steak and cheese so ever and fries best around and worth every bite I mean penny 😆

Love the drive-thru option. Cashier was friendly & helpful. Dinning in is also cool. Great Subs & Gyros. Team worked well together. Grilled chicken sub is my go to along with Cherry 🍒Fanta soda😋. Definitely a staple in the community.
