Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

My family and I have been visiting this location for years but somehow my experience today was so good, it called for a review post. Im used to the typical hospitality you can find at any eatery, but I was acknowledged with a more friendly and genuine greeting from the host before she sat me down at my table. Then as I looked over the menu...wow, it looks like it's been updated with new added dishes but still have the classics available. Then the experience gets better having been served by such a fantastic server, Heather. Blown away by her excellent customer service and attention, as she made sure to check on me at the right pace. I dined alone this time but I will be coming back soon with my family if this is now the new experience we will be receiving at this location. Even paying for my meal at the front register has left me with a lasting impression and feeling great going about my day. I've worked in luxury field for over 20 years and the type of attention and hospitality I received today *chefs kiss 🤌🏽.

The breakfast is the best any franchise has to offer. I really love visiting Cracker Barrel, especially during any holiday. They always offer retail items suitable for most holidays. Not to mention, they have comfortable, casual clothing for men, women, and children. Cracker Barrel is not just for a good home cooked meal. The store has lots of wonderful items.

Oooohhh my goodness!! That new steak n' egg hashbrown casserole dish is freaking delicious!!! So so good. That crunch of the fried onions, the cheesiness of the dish, and the tenderness of the steak is a plus. Gotta get it again! I like that cracker barrel always has things to entertain yourself while waiting but I think it's time to upgrade some things in terms of the interior.

To conclude my experience, I had to speak with the manager about my service. The chicken was delicious, my beans were too but my greens were cold My pancake wasn't hot enough 😫, my friend's drink came after she completed her meal. Her condiments never came, it was a simple, yet sweet. But God!!
