Prachee

Wow, what a great place to eat! Emily greeted us on our arrival, giving our group of seven a very warm welcome Billy took our drinks order, and we settled down to make our choice from the extensive menu. Poppadoms and chutneys duly arrived, and then Billy returned to take our orders; 2 madras, 1 balti, 1 balti to madras heat, 1 jalfrezi, and 1 khorai (1 of our party unable to eat sadly). Mmmm, everything was brilliant and compliments on the food came from all of us. Sanya and Abdul made sure we were happy - We were very happy l!! - and Abdul kept the drinks coming when wanted. All the staff very attentive without being intrusive or pushy. Both were just happy to help. The decor and furnishings in Prachee have been tastefully done, contemporary with little nods to India (especially the Tuk Tuk); a really nice place to be. Stupidly, I forgot to take photos simply because I was having such a good time. Suffice to say that the food was beautifully presented and a joy to eat. We were all so impressed that we said we would be returning with our respective wives and partners. Probably the best food I have had outside of India. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you all for a memorable evening.

Came here with a large group for dinner. Food was delicious and lovely array of drinks including wine, beer and cocktails - all very good. Service was very good with constantly asking if we wanted more drinks. If you are a larger party I do recommend getting them to check what they have written down as we had several items missing when we asked them to do this. Overall a lovely day out
