Had a very lovely rock salmon when I last was there (about 2 years ago); waited 10 minutes and it was done! Hope they still do it; it's getting difficult to find this, my favourite fish!

As chips go, they do good ones. How come Chinese people always do awesome chips? Less greasy than our local, we always travel to get them here because we don't want to get fat as a result of fatty chip eating.
