I love coming to this Starbucks most of the time because majority of them are nice, especially the cashiers. They always greet you with a Smile and are ALWAYS PATIENT WITH ME while ordering because I tend to mess up at times with the way I want my drink made and confused about the sizes, lol.
It is crowded but they work really hard to get the customers out.
Fast forward, it's this one Barista that I'm not too fond of by the name of Halle. She's never smiling when i come in too order(mind you its not everyday like others) and seems to have an attitude while working. I understand it can be rough and overwhelming at times but, atleast crack a smile sometimes.

Very well organized on a busy Monday morning. They even have someone keeping the mobile orders organized, making sure everyone gets the right order.

It's been a long while since I have had Starbucks. But this location has raised my expectations of Starbucks again. They did a fantastic jon and did it quickly. My drink was fabulous

Store was clean employees were very professional the wait wasn't long manager was visible making sure the store was running smooth I would definitely give them 10 stars

Every time I come to this location the start here is amazing!! Everyone is always smiling and promoting excellent customer service. As a manager working in the service industry as well I would be proud to work under this team . Thank you Starbucks market street !!! You rock

Great place to grab some small bites and either a cold or hot beverage. This is my second favorite Starbucks for the quality of service and food and for the availability of space.
PROS
Staff is always kind and offer the utmost respect and service. The orders are never wrong as far as I’m concerned and there is enough space and you’re not crammed next to someone.
CONS
This is with all Starbucks chains and not specific to this one. The bathrooms seem to have turned away from a traditional bathroom. There is UV lighting that distorts your view and the people that are in there to beg shouldn’t be welcome. Also, this place can use more outlets as I’m a student and like to keep my devices charging as I work.
OVERALL
This Starbucks gets a 4.5 stars because it does what it’s supposed to do exceptionally. However, there are areas they can improve on

Mostly good experience here. Starbucks is a little pricey so I expect above average service and good quality. This is the case most of the time. I have had the occasional drink made wrong or food order just kind of thrown together.
They could use a little more variety for breakfast.
Overall staff is friendly and competent.

Want to give a big shout out to this Starbucks Staff! Especially everyone that worked the morning shift today (2/14/19). The location was jam packed with customers and mobile orders, and this staff worked their bums off to make sure that everything ran smoothly and that people got their drinks/orders as efficiently as possible. Everyone was hustling and working together and I, as a customer, really appreciated it. Make sure they know that they're awesome!
