Pizza Hut

I order from here all the time, both delivery and carryout. My pizza has always been so good! It's always cooked perfectly. It wasn't until this past weekend that I had an issue with my delivery. I understand the labor shortage so although the online delivery time was wrong, I wasn't too upset about my order taking longer than expected to be delivered. I was upset that my pizza and wings were over cooked and the wings barely had any sauce on them. I didn't want to call the store to complain so I just did the survey they always email and sent my complaints through there. The store received the feedback and the manager called me personally to apologize and gave me a credit of what I spent that night. It was my first time having an issue out of the 4+ years that I've been a customer here so I'm grateful and really appreciative of the customer service, thank you!!

Not my usual pizza hut but I messed up and sent my order to this one instead of my usual but the place was great. The place was clean and I got what I think is the best dinner box pizza yet. The pizza wasn't burned and is was cooked very evenly. And the parts by the crust where there is burned tomato sauce. There was none the pizza was made to near perfection. I loved it, I made it my new go-to.

I ordered my children pizza earlier today and when I got home the pizza was uneaten and also I seen green parsley or oregano on it so I called to complain I really thought I was going to have to argue or the manager would give me a hatd time about getting a refund or exchanging the pizza for me but it was just the opposite Ms Destiny was so respectful and understanding the process was the easiest I've ever been through. She handled the situation in a timely manner and my kids are excited to be getting their pizza so for this reason and the professionalism Ms Destiny showed I give this location 5 stars thanks so much and I look forward to ordering my next pizza from you

I order from this place about twice a week. I cant ever decide what combination i want because its all so good. Thin crust is tasty as always, the pasta is great and I also love the wings. I would say to just add some more sauce and i would be 100% satisfied. Overall i would give this place 5 stars. The staff is nice, my order has never been wrong, I've never had to wait too long. Good job staff and management.
