The food was great as always, but the waitress was moody, the guy that was cleaning the tables gave us better service.

We went here because it was the only place open early today. Big mistake!!! It took 40 minutes for us to get a double chocolate pancake combo and Swedish crepes with lingonberry sauce. The food was mediocre at best.

The menu and food are reliable and consistent, and have remained so despite the pandemic - and IHOP has good variety. The staff is friendly and efficient and I can either get in and out quickly or I can linger a bit and read with coffee in hand until I finish an article and am ready to move on. I appreciate IHOP.

The bacon pancakes are to die for but the regular buttermilk pa cakes were stone cold! As you can see here the butter never dissolved merrily onto the pancake flesh. Had to reheat them, but overall their food is good. their over easy egg and toast were rather Luke warm and to be honest it was okay but hopefully they can fix this minor error and send out the hot food when it's ready.. also,, the staff are friendly and cooks work hard. Thank. Hopefully next time it's better.

Not a bad place at all! My spinach omelette made of egg whites was delish! Location is good too, just a little difficult getting into the parking lot. One way in, and that's going north on Arroyo Parkway. If you're coming from the south bound direction, a U-turn in necessary, or a sharp left, if possible. Not a very big place either, service e as great!

I really didn't like being ignored when we arrived along with 2 other guest that was rude. They treated us like we were invisible and helped another guy that came in after us. They seated him straight away and didn't even bother to acknowledge us at all.

The service has gone down drastically. We asked for a cup of water when we ordered, when they brought the food and when I had to ask her again. They talked about my brother asking for sourdough instead of whole wheat bread close to us, just enough for us to hear them. I understand they didn't have many servers/ help but at least come by once in a while and tell us, we are running behind or can I get you a refill or a hi. None of that happened. Oh well.
