Himalayan Fusion

Lovely meal at the Himalayan restaurant including the local beer from Nepal. Totally worth a try! Tasty, fresh and great blend of spices. Naan bread is crispy (not soft) and the Goat curry was delicious. Located upstairs on level one, very pleasant table service too. dishes are well priced and they do offer selection on wines and beers. Decor is nice indoor and outdoor seating with a dance floor and stage 🕺 We had three entrees and two mains with corkage and one beer <$100 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅

This restaurant has only recently opened. They have other locations around western Sydney though. We stumbled upon this place accidentally. The menu is a combination of Indian and Nepalese cuisine. We ordered a few entrees and a couple of main meals. The steamed chicken momo was good, but I found the momo wraps to be a but tough. The naan was flat and crunchy, not fluffy and soft like I prefer. The chicken chow mein was ok, but not great. Not a lot of flavour. The samosas were good but the outside was pretty tough, a bit like the momo. The yoghurt dipping sauce that came with the samosas was good. The main issue was that the fish curry I ordered, along with the naan bread, came about 45 mins after the rest of the order had been delivered to the table. It was a very long wait. This was a bit annoying, however the fish curry was fantastic! The fish was beautiful and moist and the curry sauce was creamy and fragrant. Definitely get the fish curry...if you're prepared to wait.

This is a new restaurant, opened one month ago, what a fantastic find!! We came for lunch, it was buffet all you can eat. Incredibly good value and extremely high quality delicious food in plentiful fresh supply. The meal was nutrient dense. Dishes to suit gluten free and regular. The decor was lovely, music just beautiful, atmosphere serene. I love it and will be back regularly!

Almost certainly the best value lunch in Parramatta. Food was really delicious, perfectly spiced. Staff were really friendly, ambience was lovely. This place is certain to get busy as word of mouth spreads. Not sure how they can do an all you can eat buffet at this cheap price. Really great. Loved it.

Ordinary Indian home cook meal. Very heavy spices to cover up for the lack of freshness or could be overnights left over. Buffer lunch was very disappointing. Less then 10 items on offer and cost you a cool $14.99 I will rather pay $17 - $19 for a buffer lunch in any of the RSL Club where you have a much wider spread of more then 40 dishes at the minimum.
