I mean I haven’t gotten sick in the 6 years I’ve came here so that’s something right? I usually get the wraps or the Oprego burger and haven’t had an issue. Only suggestion is MORE salt on your chips as sometimes I think you forget and they can taste bland otherwise all good

Round 2 12/6/22. Had to downgrade last review. Cook your chips please!!! Customer service was they have been cooked. Dead set called me a liar, Burger good however large chips as family size chips was the intent when requesting a large meal, literally I did not pull you up on your uncooked chips to receive more of them.

Only the skin was cooked. Chicken wasn't cooked at all. I had to chew like a cow for 10 minutes to eat one bite of chicken.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered pulled chicken bowl without tomato but got it with heaps of tomato. On top of that, I didn't even get a bottle of coke that I ordered.

Ordered the double fillet Bondi burger. Tastes good, but the fillet size is tiny, not worth the money at all. Even with two fillets they did not fill the not so big bun. False adverting as they must be quarter fillets, or from the smallest chickens possible. Compared to Frangos, a single fillet hangs out the side of the much larger bun, and more than twice the chips, Oporto is a failure, not value for money.

usually never disappointed with oporto but however this restaurant was horrible. the customer service wasn’t very friendly and the chicken we bought wasn’t well cooked as it felt really stringy. never would come back to this specific place.

I ordered chicken and I got burned chicken , and the salad wasn’t given in the bowl. I didn’t get pita bread as well.

this is really nice shop to have veggie Berger. we had tried it from Hungry jacks. both are really great. thanks for having vegan option.
