The Street Restaurant

The best Sunday lunch in Spain ever.. We were recommended to The Street by a friend who is a former restaurant owner, and very discerning. The recommendation was excellent. The food was of the highest quality, a good quantity and at great cost. The king prawn starter was the best I have had in Spain, and the roast lamb was excellent with crisp roast potatoes. The deserts looked really great but I couldn't eat another bite. The staff were quick and friendly. If I were to say anything negative, it would be that it was too hot not to have the air conditioning on. That being said, we have still booked for next Sunday..

Lovely Sunday lunch and our waiting staff we smashing. One star removed for the lady who took our initial table booking who was "off hand" when we booked and still off hand days later on our Sunday arrival, so twice out of bed on the wrong side in in 3 days. And to top it off I saw her rolling her eyes after leaving another table with the wrong wine, customer shouldn't see that sort of thing.
