Subway

I came again in 04/29/2022 hoping service would be better. At was just as bad as last time. The lady working the counter wouldn't except my subway coupon. Gave no specific reason. She seemed very sarcastic and smart about it which made it more unprofessional. I will not return to this location and i would highly recommend no one visit here as well. I've filed a complaint with subway corperation

If you're coming here expecting to be able to use coupons to get sandwiches at a discount then don't bother. I tried using a coupon for a foot long and I was told AFTER the sandwich was made that I could not use the coupon. This location does not accept coupons of any type for whatever reason. I only eat at subways when I have coupons because the sandwiches are kind of expensive for what you receive. Every other subways has no problem accepting coupons. I understand this is a business but not everyone can afford to eat out all the time. Take your business elsewhere. This Subway's location only cares about maximum profits. There was no sign stating coupons are not accepted.

The manager was so rude, at 21st and colley ave. subway. A foreigner who would rather say the bathroom is out of order than allow an african american to use it. They also made a foot long sub with 1 slice of cheese cut 4ways, smh. An italian sub with 2 kinds of meat. We were given stale, not fresh baked rolls and they were extremely hard, not toasted. He was reaching over my order to make another customer's order brushing his arm against my bread. And had the audacity to ask for a tip...Never again
