Asked for lettuce on chicken sand. Also when is a chicken sandwich 2 chicken fingers. Had to wait 15 min for food. Person was rude. Asked for extra adjustments with French dip. Didn't get that. This place needs an overhaul

We went into the dining room thinking it would be faster than the drive through line. We were the second in line. It took 10 minutes to take our order. Then it took an additional 20 minutes to get the order out to us. Maybe I’m just old, but I thought fast food was supposed to be fast. We used to run a full dining room and drive through with half the staff they had there today. 3 minutes was considered way too long then.

This arby's is clean, comfortable, and, great to eat at. There are no seating restrictions; seat anywhere you like. Furthermore, the fish sandwich is a pretty good deal to go for. You get two choices; classic or spicy!!
Finally, If you want a great deal on a fish sandwich, then, try Arby's 2 for six($), you can also mix and match; definitely a nutritional yummy fill up. Thank you Arby's

Drive thru is super long, but it seemed to be going steady. We ordered 2 beef and cheddars. Get to the window and the lady rang in 1, so we had to repay, then were asked to pull up.
The 1 sandwich we got wasn't correct, then they were rude and rolled their eyes when we requested the correct sandwich.
Customer service needs work.

Ive been sitting at this drive through for 37 minutes now.... and I still havent gotten my food. This is the slowest fast food Ive ever experienced. Its not lime any of the orders ahead of me have been big orders. And they screwed.upy order

The restaurant was clean. My service was fast. My food which was a roast beef sandwich was very good and I had hot fries what more can you ask for

Friendly staff and great fresh food. Only four stars because dine in wasn't available at noon on Saturday June 4th. What's up with that?

Very dirty they were short on about everything no shakes, FF no buns for beef & cheddar. Manger was very rude. I will never go back there.
