it's been a while since I've been there but food was great got the half slab ribs platter, brisket platter, and pulled pork platter. I'll come with two sides. You can fill your own extra barbecue sauces to go.

Food is passable. Brisket was very dry. Although the portions were good, does not make up for it being so dry. Maybe it’s a one off. Service was good and fast.

I had Blue Ribbon BBQ catered on very short notice for a corporate event at my facility - safe to say they knocked it out of the park! The food was a hit, and the team was accommodating to meet our tight deadline. Highly recommend, thank you!

I got take out and had to look over the menu because it had been awhile since I was here. Once in awhile I get Bbq cravings, and this spot satisfies! I got brisket for my mom and me, and it was a heaping portion with a lovely mild sauce. So tender and thick, I got messy quick. It was delicious and we shared with my dad who also loved it. I love the black eyed corn medley, very delicious! I got collard greens also as a side, and they were cooked well, but the seasoning was off for me on them. A little too salty and spicy. It took from the natural flavor of the greens. The staff were pleasant, and it wasn’t busy in the late afternoon, food came promptly. Price wise was reasonable,and it did fill me up for the rest of the day!

Good barbeque at great prices. Excellent brisket and ribs. The brisket isn't overly fatty as it is in some places. The sides are excellent and there are a lot of them, not just 4 or 5. My go to spot when I have to have some smoked meat. Secret great thing? Their pickles.

I stopped by at Blue Ribbons a week ago, I bought a pulled pork sandwich and a side of collard greens. The pulled pork sandwich was way too fatty, and the collard' greens tasted like the cook added way too much salt, I love southern food but blue ribbons just doesn’t do it for me in terms of quality of food, but the BBQ sauce flavors are good!

Going here for years, the last 2 times werent great..............First was given a portion of ribs that was nothing but bark, no meat. Fair enough though, they did refund my money for the ribs.
Was just there last week, the brisket was odd. Some pieces, likely the flat, were good, but sections that look like they came from the point were extremely greasy, almost as if they had been sitting in it the pan drippings. Almost like the were soaked in it. It did a number on my reflux that night.
The St. Louis ribs were very fatty and the amount of meat in the bones was not a whole lot. Gotta trim those ribs.

I'm from Georgia. Barbeque is very important to me. While I won't go so far to say it's better than my favorite spots in my hometown, I will say I haven't found barbeque this good anywhere else north of the Carolinas. I like the pulled pork (North Carolina style, pretty true to style) and the brisket. They have collards—my favorite side. Their sauce is good (though I normally use some i get back home). I haven't tried their desserts, bit they sound good. They've had a catfish sandwich as a special most times I've been in. Haven't tried it yet, but the fact they have catfish is a good sign too.
My wife and I normally split a duo platter, maybe a trio if we're super hungry.
Highly recommended.
