Pizza Hut

We thought we would give this place another try after years of horrible service and messed up orders. We’ve complained so many times and nothing gets done. They should shut down. Seriously! I placed an order tonight, drove 30 minutes from where I was, just to be met in the parking lot and told they are closed. Update your darn business hours. It takes TWO seconds! Never again. We are done with this Pizza Hut and it’s sad because it used to be a staple in this town.

Absolutely AWFUL experience. They are NOT dine in and carry out like it says. We walked up to the door to go in and no one would come to the door. So we thought maybe it was just locked because they had just opened. Workers just stood inside and looked at us. So I called in to ask if it was done in or carry out only. They literally let the phone ring forever and then hung up on me. As soon as we pulled out of the parking lot onto a side street a worker came right out of the building to go to her car. We will NOT be going back to a place that has such poor work ethic and absolutely zero customer service.

I called today to ask about specials as my huaband and I have not had pizza there in a long time. I just wanted to compliment the lady on the phone. I think her name was Diane. She was so nice and friendly and went out of her way to tell me eveything I needed to know. Great phone and customer service skill!

I ordered to pick up at curbside service, called the listed number when I arrived. They told me "it was coming out of the oven and they would bring it right out!" 20 mins later I had to go inside and tell them I had been waiting. The order was in the warmer just sitting there while they handled Orders all around mine! When I told them I had called etc. They made no appology, said nothing just gave me the order which was 2 pizzas and a box of cinnamon rolls. Pretty crapy service if you ask me!

Tried to order online using the app, got to the end and says this specific Pizza Hut was not taking online order.. I then called in, the price jumped nearly double, The Cashier on the phone sounded like he just woke up from a nap, clueless if the online ordering is really not working. Refuse to honor the online pricing and said he can try to find me a coupon but wanted me to place the order first. I Canceled and went else where. No customer services, no management involved, Poor results
