Wendy's

This Wendy’s is usually pretty good, however, I’ve been going there on the weekends occasionally as I work some weekends and tend to get coffee before work. Whoever works the weekends has repeatedly not been in the actual facility till like 7:15 - 7:30 a.m. Their hours online say it opens at 6:30 both Saturday and Sunday. On Saturdays they are usually there before 7 but Sundays seem to be different. If you could PLEASE change your hours online, us weekend frostycinno lovers would really appreciate it.

I could write a book about this place but will keep it short. Poor customer service, often items are not available, store isn't clean, employees are regularly eating while serving and drive thru takes longer than most steakhouses. This place just needs to close but I can't tell if it's a franchise issue, manager issue, employee issue or all of the above.

At around 5:15 my wife and I pulled in and placed the following order via the drive thru. 1 apple pecan salad with a small sprite light ice 1 apple pecan salad combo with fries and a sprite. After paying and getting our order we pulled over to eat it. After finding they did not provide the pecans I had to go back by foot to the drive through window as you cannot enter the building. I asked for our pecans only to be told they were out and there was nothing they would do. As I started to ask for the manager the girl working the window walked away complaining saying I cannot believe you want to complain over not getting your pecans. As this point I started asking loudly for the manager as clearly the teenager had an attitude and did not like a customer asking for what they paid for. The manager finally came to the window after about my fifth time asking for her. She managed to “find” several bags but only I after we made a complaint. For an out of the way store they clearly don’t understand customer service. I will not go out of my way again to visit this particular store.

Just keeps getting worse. I wish just once they would get something right on my order. I really want a reason to come back. 3 times I've ordered the asiago chicken combo. And 3 times I've come away with a single with no cheese. If I had wanted that I would have ordered it. Employees are confrontational if you sit at the window to check your order. I don't want to have to fight to get what I ordered.
