Sooo good. The service was great and the chicken was delicious. I got 3 chicken tenders, coleslaw and tots. I definitely had leftovers but so worth it! I definitely coming back!

Food is good, but there always seems to be a wait. It's been like this for as long as they have existed. At this point they could have made se kind of innovation to get the food out quicker.

We ordered at 11:30. Told our food would be delivered by 12:30. Then 12:55. Then they had no order. Then charged us twice for the order. THEN the food finally arrives at 1:45. It was ordered for LUNCH and now all of us are back to work. With chipotle that is cold. Soggy and disgusting. Completely disappointed with Chipotle and Uber Eats. Get yourselves together and do better.

Normally love this place but.... i got a to go order for pick up and its... not right at all, and im not driving 20 minutes back.
Receipt says chicken burrito, with all my toppings, and i got.... a bunch of stuff in a bowl, and chips?
Also i tried to call, got a busy tone

Great food, but twice in a row they have gotten my pick up order wrong at 21st St. The second time, their phone was not working so I had to go in and stand in line to get it corrected--and they did not even apologize, nor did they have a reason they made my salad with white rice in place of the greens blend. Way too frustrating and time-consuming. Will start going to Heath location instead.

Burrito bowl is always good and order with cauliflower rice get charged extra, however very little cauliflower rice served. When you pay extra you do not wish for a smaller serving, very disappointed

worker was super rude when we were eating outside and saw no signs that indicated that it wasnt allowed he came out and saiid “well im telling you now that this isnt allowed” in a rude tone. like sir sorry your store is inconvenient
