Charleys Cheesesteaks

Charleys at Newpark Mall is hands-down my favorite Charleys location. All of the employees are friendly and accommodating, and the food is always made fresh to order, so it's piping hot. Bread is always perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, cheese is melted, veggies are plentiful, and fries are overfilled in the cup. I've never had a bad experience here, and I always feel welcome every time I come back.

First the lady at counter told me that pay by card machine will let me pay in pounds then quickly swiped my card where it charged me conversion fee. It wasn't as bad as using same grill for meat products aa one for my vegetarian steak. I has informed her I have allergies and asking her again, she realised she was using the side of grill for non veg items... Really disappointed and not recommend at all. 0 stars if there was an option.

Extremely rude staff! Attempted to order but two gentlemen employees were having a conversation and didn’t notice my s/o and I were ready to order. When We finally got the employees attention , the young man was in such a rush to continue his conversation that he accidentally in the middle of me ordering totaled my order as soon if I were done with my order. Not a big deal . The Line was empty so s/o and I sat talking waiting for a food to be prepared to which an employee snapped “ the line for pick up is there FYI” with a scowel and Ill mannered tone (Yao Xu? According to receipt). Pretty offensive tone and awful experience.On top of that the server forgot our drinks. It’s just not the kind of service that I would like to have again.
