Cold Stone Creamery

My family couldn't believe that this was my first time visiting Cold Stone Creamery. Well I was so wowed by this flavor packed ice cream shop! It was a delightful flavor picking experience having such a variety of different ice cream flavors to pick from. I think I stared at the menu for about 20 minutes and still didn't know what I wanted. I ended up choosing the Birthday Cake Remix and Strawberry Blonde for my starters. I then drifted off to the ice cream cake section and decided to purchase a cookies dough ice cream cake which was also delicious! The associate behind the counter was very helpful as I made my choice. On a hot summer day I will return to enjoy more of what Stone Cold creamery has to offer.

Worst customer service ever .. my sister and I entered wasn’t anyone in the store but us .. was never greeted. I was on the phone taking my sons order and turnt around to the counter where two dark skin employees was standing . Asked for a certain ice cream and a light skin women came from the back and started telling me I wasn’t funny . ( meanwhile I was on the phone talking to my son) When I stated I wasn’t trying to be funny and I wasn’t talking to her I was asking the employees why they don’t speak and just stand there starring at us like they can’t talk or move .. she then made my order and when I asked for a manager she then became mute and then the dark skin girl stepped forward and said there isn’t one here I asked for her name and she stated she can’t give that information. As I was walking out she told me don’t come back in here it won’t be pretty and I told her excuse me is that a threat she told again don’t come back in here as more customers started to come in she began screaming and swinging the ice cream spoon in the air like she was going to do something. This wasn’t the first time she’s done something to me before I ordered a like it cup and she only gave me half the cup and charged me full price when I said something about it she turnt around and went to the back .. I told her I was going to take a picture since she couldn’t give me her name . She stopped and posed (it’s down below) I contacted corporate but still haven’t received a call back .

I love Cold Stone, always have. They waste so much ice cream n toppings. They mixed mine and it was plenty left after filling my cup. Instead of giving it to the customer, they toss it which makes no sense. You see this over and over. They would probably get nice tips if they gave the extras away...why not

Came here with my son this evening. It was pretty packed but considering the time it usually takes to get through orders with the way they make it, they got it done in fairly reasonable time. The Peanut Butter Cup Perfection is addicting to the point where it should almost be illegal. Seriously, try it.

1 less because you cannot sit inside the shop. But taste is good and staff are ok. You can definitely give a try once. Parking is good , I saw many people sir inside car and eat. There are many varieties you can try. Also you can check for customized cakes. They are even starting to provide few options online. Check for that.
