Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

Bertucci’s is always a great place to bring family and friends for good Italian food. We can’t get enough of their starter bread! For appetizers we also ordered a salad, the artichoke and spinach dip (the bread that came with this was hard to eat but the dip was pretty good) and some buffalo wings (which were average). I ordered the Baked Chicken Gratinati which was pretty good. We also ordered a chicken picatta, a lemony and sumptuous dish! Dessert was okay with a double dark chocolate cake. Side note - we ordered some dishes to share between two people and they came split, loved this! Awesome service too :) Overall, definitely recommend!

As a last-minute pregnancy craving, we ordered delivery from Bertucci’s and were met with a little hassle. I always order via UberEats but I was required to order from Bertucci’s website if I wanted to take advantage of the 2FORTUESDAY pizza deal. When I called to inquire, the staff was very friendly and answered my question in less than 6 minutes (even with being on hold to speak to a manager). The food arrived promptly, and it was nice and fresh. The pizzas were better than expected because I forgot to take a picture before both pepperoni and Nolio pizzas were gone. To my surprise, my family enjoyed the Nolio pizza better than the pepperoni which speaks volumes since they never try anything new on pizza.

The atmosphere was incredibly inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. Gabby, my waitress was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was courteous to everyone that she served. Monica, the manager was extremely professional and hospitable. Monica checked on me and several other guests and informed me to let her know if I needed anything. I highly recommend Bertucci's, this cozy restaurant left the best impressions.

It has been quite awhile since we have visited Bertuccis and this was our first time to this location. We were greeted when we came in, taken to our table within a couple minutes, and drinks were taken care of promptly. I had a mixed green salad with grilled chicken. Sorry no pics but I was really hungry. Had the limoncello Mascarpone Cake for desert. Enjoyed the light lemon taste and not overly sweet. Manager stopped by to check to make sure everything had gone well. Don't see that to often. While not particularly close to home, it is on our list for a repeat visit.

I placed an order online. Less than 2 minutes my phone rings. I answered the phone and it was a lady (she did say her name but I forgot it, sorry) from Bertucci’s. She was inquiring about my special instructions with my order (no cheese). She was making sure that there were no allergy related issues with the cheese because there was some sort of cheese in the meatballs I was ordering with my spaghetti. This has rarely happened that someone called me back after I placed an order, anywhere. More so to check for health reasons. I found this to be very appreciated and concerning that one would do this. Talk about good service and good food.
