Chicken Tenders & Fries we’re actually really good. This is the second time I’ve ate there and it’s been pretty decent. Sometimes the staff can be a little rough and not so polite. But food was good.

Nothing express about this place. Had to yell to the back to get their attention and the person looked like I had taken them away from something more important. Bery poor attitude! I will avoid this place going forward.

Flavorless burgers for the price of burgers with flavors. They must never have changed the flavorless recipe. The fries are good and I can only recommend those.

Probably one of the worst costumer service experiences you can get. Tyish W, as the name on the receipt indicates is her name, is not someone who should be working with people. Not only does she talk on the phone while attending to you but she also will argue that YOU made a mistake and not her. She is rude, dismissive and not someone who should be dealing with the public.

Terrible food. Very bland tasting meat. My wife questioned whether or not is was really ground beef. Paid $5.00 for a shake that wasn't worth a 2 dollars.
Service was terrible. Woman working at the counter had to repeat herself due to airport noise, and she acted as though we should just leave. Took a long time to get food as well. Would not eat anything from there again, even if they gave it to me. Fries were the only decent part of the meal. Would have given this "0" stars if the site would allow it.

Staff was rude, burger was a ball of meat in the middle of the bun, not pressed on the grill. First answer to mushrooms was "we don't have any". Then they said it would take five minutes to prepare the mushrooms. Then they did not have shakes. Terrible.

Ordered the Semi-serious buger with mushroom (8.08 USD - including tax) at Newark Airport. I couldn't detect the mushroom at all. The taste was bland and makes you wish there are other burger joints in this airport instead. Definitely not worth the price. Save yourself some stress and drop by at Wendy's or Shake Shack on your way to the airport.

We should have eaten somewhere else in the food court. The burgers here are basically thick, dry balls of meat. I didn't risk drinking the milkshake because it tasted like old milk. The staff is kind of rude, it was an awkward experience. Our ketchup packets were stuck together?
