if I wasn't in a rush for this anniversary cake I would of asked for a refund and went to a different shop, they lady told me she called me yesterday without leaving a message about them not having the ice cream nor the cake flavor i wanted. I wanted a chocolate cake layer with cookie dough ice cream it was supposed to be a ice cream cake of my choice as said online and then come to find out it wasn't yet mad and when it was finished it was nearly melted because it was just made. I was too happy the out come was nice and she tried her best but this was still a disappointment.

The establishment is very clean and community oriented as far as if I wanted to order a large amount for my students/coworkers. The customer service is very great none of the work you seem like they do not want to be there. Which is usually unusual for fast food workers.

Never have the ice cream you ask for. The workers are all rude. Young but with no customer service. The manager will agree when asked to speak with her but nothing changes I live close and will drive far just to not be subjected to the getto service at this location.
