Domino's Pizza

Well I ordered directly at the store and witness are they prepare my pizza along 8 to 10 more pizzas and people there are not wearing gloves I noticed about 10 to 15 items cross contamination without gloves and this is a Domino's I expected better apparently this neighborhood most of the locations here we can prepare the food I don't wear gloves this flies all over the place

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered the 2 pizza special for $12.99 each, cheese bread and a cheese steak. They charged me $18.99 for 1 pie and $19.89 for the second pie. They only delivered 1 pie, cheese bread and the cheese steak. When I called to discuss the charges and the missing pie they got defensive and said I wad lying while I had the receipt of charges in my hand and a picture of what was delivered. I sent the food back and asked for a full refund. The female worker on the said ok. So not trusting them, I went there 20 minutes later to check on my refund. Not only did she not refund my money but her father/delivery person came out very aggressive and argumentive. I will take this up with corporate headquarters... 0 STARS. THE PERSON THAT TOOK MY ORDER, THE PERSON THAT SAID SHE WOULD REFUND ME AND HER FATHER, DELIVERY DRIVER WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Poor service from delivery driver and workers. Delivery driver comes to deliver our order that is $28. I give him $40 and the driver gives back $2. I’m missing $10 and I ask him where is the rest of the money and he is telling me that no, it’s his money. So I ask for my money back and he leaves. Store calls me about my order and I said I still want my food but didn’t appreciate how he was trying to take $10 from me. And they said he’s still in the front with the order and if there’s any issue to call them back. I go back outside to meet with the driver and he’s not there. So I call the store, they answered and said he will be there in 5 minutes but he still wasn’t there. Called the store, picks up but hangs up. Call again and store now say they are close. Unacceptable.

I don’t like this dominos at all! Pizza gets delivered cold and over cooked. I ordered from this location before and try to give it another chance but I’m not pleased! I’ll be ordering from Papa Johns when I want pizza! Also there was a hair in our pizza and when I called, the person who picked up was like “Oh I’m not sure how that got there we dont have female who work here” ... so just because there are no females working at this location mean that it’s impossible for hair to be in my pizza ?! They delivered a new pie but an hour later!

The serve un cooked food.. and when you call to complain, the manager status is they will block your number, so you will not recive a deliver again, Extremely rude service , no business etiquette , franchise should inspect ther store for a better customer experience. Will not spend my money at this store ever again.
