Starbucks

The customer service for this Starbucks is by far the worst that I have ever experienced. The woman who took my order was very rude and didn’t even smile. Even after I expressed my concerns to the person in charge, they just moved on to the next customer, disregarding my complaint. I left my drink there, even though I payed for it, because I didn’t want to consume a drink that was made in such a hateful way.

worst starbucks service ever! They don’t hear properly what you order. After waiting for 20 mins they just tell yoh to wait for more while people behind you are coming and getting their orders. one asian lady, she won’t even apologize and talk rudely saying you need to have patience. 30 mins wasted for nothing.

Here they do not make the drinks as advertised. When I ordered the Christmas Tree Frap I did not get the strawberry on top. The staff here isn't very good, often reluctant to serve you and gossip about how terrible they think the products are right in front of the customers. The Starbucks on Thornton Ave. is better.

It took them four tries to get my drink right. At the cash register I order a tall flat white with two splendas. When I got the drink I got in my car and took a sip to see it tasted different. I went back and told her I asked for two splendas. Before I could finish she inturrepted me and said I put two sugars in. The second try she told another barista to make it and gave the wrong order. The third time she made it, she got it right except in a short cup, the type of u get a kids hot chocolate. Then she finally made it correctly. Not one time did she say sorry, lastly the food was very good but the is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Their Chai Latte's taste is quite different from other locations. I always stop by just for Chai Latte but everytime I have ordered it I found a new taste each time. I'm a regular customer since year and half and I don't usually complain and even I never did it when I got few wrong orders in the past. From last two days there is a same issue again, I ordered Chai Latte yesterday morning they gave me Caffe Latte and in evening I took my friend to have latte and it was too milky, my friend asked them to change it but still I said okay for mine. And even today morning I asked for Chai Latte and again they gave me Caffe Latte, I went there just to inform them but she was showing me attitude that I wasn't louder, So she will give me a new one. How come it happened yesterday and in the past with their different staff members? I'm not disppointed for getting a wrong drink but the way she said I really felt down infront of so many people. Thanks for the service I won't stop again at this Starbucks. :-)

This Starbucks sucks I rode my bike from home to have a nice coffee and read the news paper. When I asked if they had the news paper the blonde young man acted like I was stupid for asking. He acted as though I should have known they wouldn't carry the paper. This makes the Starbucks unnecessary for me to come back. No paper no purchases.

I order a s’mores frap, I ordered because it was limited time so I ordered the drink, when I first take a sip I almost spit it out, the drink tasted like just like a coffee slushy, the WORST Starbucks I have ever had. I corrected the people all’s they did was just put chocolate drizzle, in the first place they put no drizzle.
