The Be-hive

We just had the buffalo chik'n tenders, a crunch wrap, the jalapeno popper waffle fries and the nacho waffle fries (it was for two people and we had so many leftovers) and everything was AMAZING!!! I'm vegetarian and not vegan however I like to go to vegan restaurants because I know I can have whatever I want from the menu, and this is by far and exceedingly the best vegan restaurant I've been to. And not just in Nashville, I've traveled all over and this one is honestly the best. I ended up going back to the counter to get things from the deli case and a cookie, which I haven't tried those yet but they look Delicious!

We found this place last year after not so good vegan experiences passing through the city for our annual migration. We tried everything on their "old" menu and it was excellent with the exception of the Philly that was a little salty(which will be good for you folks lacking taste buds.) The beautiful goddess that works there made me a custom nacho because they were out of cheese and I dreamed about it for an entire year. The buffalo chicken sandwich, crunch wrap, nachos with the meat and hot sauce(custom), and loaded tots were my favorite from the "old" menu. This time when we came through on our migration north we were informed the menu has changed. We ordered half the menu ( because we need to know what's up) and the pizza crunch wrap, buffalo chicken sandwich, and hot chicken sandwich were the favorites. And remember those were the favorites out of many delicious items we purchased. F.Y.I. the blueberry coconut cookies will change your life! And I don't even care for sweets. Now that we just got into the city migrating back south, we are waiting for the traffic to calm down so we can pull up. We shed our plant-based label this year after 8 years and still couldn't wait to come to The Be-hive and enjoy the food.

Outstanding vegan fast food and deli food but you don't have to be a vegan to enjoy. Really great atmosphere, service was really friendly and prices for reasonable for the high quality of the food. It was great to hang out in a booth and listen to punk rock while eating delicious health- ish food. Really happy we found this spot in East Nashville

The food here was so good I forgot to take pictures of anything but the pizza tots. They were a special and they were so good! Their pepperoni was perfect. I had the hot chicken sandwich and my husband had the hot Italian. They were both amazing, very saucy and the vegan meats were on point. Got a cookie to go, it was huge, soft and the perfect level of sweetness. Wish we lived closer so we could eat the deli meats and cheeses all the time. 10/10
