Starbucks

First off this doesn’t feel like a typical Starbucks. That’s a good thing! We know their are other great choices in the Gulch for coffee. But here’s the thing, Sometimes you just want a damn coffee to go quickly! This Starbucks is located in one of the busiest areas of walkable traffic next to Downtown. Often our bachelorette parties are a little hung over/ or need a little pick me up. This Starbucks offers exactly what it is! Quick fast no fuss coffee. For that reason we are recommending simply because of how convenient it is and it prime location for fast casual coffee.

I just have to give these guys 5 stars. They work so hard and are consistently kind and friendly. I go to this Starbucks several times a week and have for a few years. Since COVID they have STRUGGLED with supply chain issues and staffing. They don't always have everything in stock. They are sometimes understaffed. But I have never had a bad experience there. They have a loyal customer in me.

Starbucks Manager: Please take notice that you are usually out of the egg bites. I live and work in The Gulch and there is always a buzz about how you're always out and people try to get there early before they sell out. If you double your stock you would easily sell them. I've mentioned it to the staff several times, not sure if they've shared it because nothing seems to change. By the way to staff is always super friendly.

Starbucks located in the heart of The Gulch. Limited street parking, spacious seating inside. Friendly staff! There is a cold food case, plus the standard bakery and sandwich options. This location also has the coffee mugs, travel mugs, and other Nashville-themed Starbucks gifts. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a “licensed” store and not a “corporate”-owned Starbucks. Mostly, they won’t let you redeem free rewards that you’ve earned and there is no mobile order/pickup option. Otherwise, it’s largely the same experience, including use of the Starbucks app to pay and purchases counting towards gold card rewards. Minus 1 star due to this minor issue.

Reading some of the other reviews on here, I knew I had to take the time to write my own. I come to this Starbucks location almost every day of the week, Monday - Friday. (I work right around the corner) I have had nothing but positive experiences all around. My drinks are always made with the utmost care, and I couldn't ask for nicer baristas. Tianna is always a warm and welcoming face, whom I've seen handle the entire store by herself. Seriously, she was checking people out, making drinks, and restocking during a busy time, and handled everything like a boss! I love watching Sarah make my drinks because of the precision and artistry she put into them. I would give this location nothing but 5 stars. As a frequent customer, I genuinely enjoy stopping in and getting to say "hello" to the entire team, while knowing that my orders are going to be completed quickly and deliciously every time.
