Finezza Trattoria

I have eaten at Finezza many times over the years, and I would love to say that this is one of the best Italian restaurants around. I have been reading through the reviews and was wondering when so many people have turned into “Karen”? If you Karen’s have a problem with the food then I suggest that you learn to cook authentic Italian food. If you can read then learn to do it yourself. Stop complaining that you didn’t get what you wanted, get up and learn to do something in your self-centered privileged lives and quit complaining and trying to destroy someone else’s life.

Finezza Italian Bistro is catered to a very specific crowd, but I loved it. They have a limited menu with delicious food, served in a pretty intimate setting with live music (jazz when I was there). The times I've dined here, I expected to be there 1.5-2 hours, in order to chat with our server, order our meal, drinks, and enjoys the company of my partner. This place is just as much about the time of being there rather than rushing through a meal, and I can appreciate it. If you don't arrive starving, you will likely have a delightful experience! Oh, and their bruschetta is a bomb appetizer.

Have gone here off and on for 20 years. Seems to have changed hands a few times, or maybe they just like to shake things up now and then. Went back recently and was very impressed. Room had been renovated since I was in last, but the food was the best it's been ever. May warrant being put on a more regular rotation. Good job

The food was amazing. I recommend the mussels 100%. I had the lobster ravioli and it was such a simple plate, but it was everything I had hoped it would be. We went around 8pm, most likely right after several severs had been cut (no longer taking tables), so service was not as great as I had hoped, but he was effecient at his job so I cannot complain too much.

Was very busy at time of arrival. Wait time at table after being seated right away was way to long. Just before receiving dinner ess then told one entree was not available! Discouraging.. Server was overwhelmed, she JJ did her best under the circumstances. Food was good but seemed of less quality than times before.

It was a little busy when I arrived and took a few mins to be seated. Then a little longer for the wait staff to realize I was at the table. The food was nice and the service got better as the restaurant began to empty. There was a jazz trio that was very entertaining. J J was friendlier as the night progressed. The eggplant was excellent as was the gelato. I'll be go back.
