Had a mixup with another Papa John's regarding correcting a previous issue. Did not put in my reorder and had me waiting over 2 hours... Called back and somehow was routed to this one where the manager apologized and politely took care of my order. Had to pick it up where as the previous one was delivered; but she was awesome and I am a BIG fan of good customer service. Especially in these times.
Ordered the New York and it was pretty good (or I was hungry after waiting lol)
