Roma Pizza & Pasta

Okay, this is one of my favorite restaurants, BUT it's not without its flaws. I love the food and I love the prices. There are lots of options, and I adore that I can get amazing salads, pizza, pasta, and sandwiches all at the same place. After reading through some of the other reviews, I'm glad I always order through Door Dash, because I've never had to deal with the customer service at this restaurant. What I have found to be true, though, is that they do not do well with customized orders. If you order extra sauces or make changes to the default options, you probably won't get what you asked for. There's like a 20% success rate of that. They're just not paying close attention to the order details. If you have an allergy or intolerance, you'll want to order something that doesn't usually include that ingredient, because they probably won't make it without it. They should be more careful about that stuff, because it's a great way to get sued if they cause someone to have a reaction.
