I guess my first comment would be to Jessica and her post. It appears from your multiple reviews, you have something nasty to say about a lot of your encounters. I've never had any experience with Sung nor Christine that would warrant this type of rant. (perhaps it's you!!!) I would say that for the "price", you get "convenience". If you have to get in your car (on a rainy day) you'd expend time and gas. The food is good and there IS variety. I've worked in the building for 15-years and eat there regularly. They have a salad bar and a hot bar with a rotation of different vegetables and meats each day. The stir fry is the best, and they have all kinds of sandwiches! They have every popular snack and soda. They open for breakfast early and close early afternoon, just in case you want a soda or a snack. I noticed while there on Monday, they have received a 100 health score. Those don't come easy. Both owners are friendly and would modify any sandwich or offering just for the asking. For the convenience and in an office building, it is a neat little place.

The owner is a crook! I paid for a bacon egg & cheese breakfast sandwich yesterday and today when I go and order the same exact order I have ordered every morning he tells me " Oh your card didn't go through yesterday", he goes on to say there were a lot more cards that did't go through as well. He shows me some receipt with the amount but has no account # so I'm like "how do you know this was my card" ? he says he knows.. so he basically charged my card twice today to make up for yesterday and today. he told me of i check my bank and i see it's a mistake, he will give me my money back. I immediately pulled up my account as soon as I got back to my desk and guess what???????? The charge did go through on yesterday and the new total is pending today so I run downstairs to show him and he tells me the bank is wrong. I am so heated over my $6.28! Even though it's not much, it the principle and to think I was loyal and spent my hard earned money with his ungrateful crooked ass all this time!
