El Jardín

I have been here twice and I love this place! There ist something special and I feel the time passes by soooo slowly. Absolute quality time at this family from the very beginning. When you sit here, you are surrounded by interesting trees and other plants and a music that fits perfect to the whole setting. Especial in the evening when the mountains are enlightened by the sun that ist going down. You have to book a table (a few hours in advance) and then the Paella is cooked just for you over a fireplace. No matter how many people want to eat, Pablo has always a pan that will fit. And while you are waiting, you can order your drink at Yuli and watch Pablo celebrating creating the Paella - especially for you. Relax an enjoy the silent and wonderful show and just ... be.

A really wonderful place to spend an evening with the family or a loved one. It is very unassuming from the road but don't be put off. The restaurant is within an enclosed garden and is staffed by the owners living onsite. El jardin was once the heart of a large farm and the food is cooked by the grandfather of the family. We had traditional paella cooked over an open fire. This takes time but you are encouraged to see it being cooked and ask questions. The oven/open fire is within the garden. The service is just right and you take the evening at your own pace. If you come to Gran Canaria take the time to find this place and enjoy something authentic and a little different. Highly recommended.

Appartamento bellissimo molto intimo e finito bene!! Adatto a persone nella media altezza! Le persone alte 1,80 fanno fatica!! L' unica pecca è la caldaia esterna di fianco alla finestra della camera! Quindi quando vi fate la doccia chiudete la finestra se no respirate monossido e non va tanto bene!! Proprietari gentilissimi e simpatici!!
