Bj's Restaurant & Brewhouse

BJ's is always good and consistent. If like me, you are traveling, the big things you want to know are... 1. Is it easy to get off and on to the freeway - Yes it its. 2. How's the parking - Plenty of parking, no problem 3. Hows the food - Great as always and maybe 4. What are the bathrooms like - I'm happy to say that the bathrooms are clean and well taken care of. I'm sure it's great if you are a local but if like me, you've been on the road for hours its a great place to stop, stretch your legs and have a good hot meal before hitting the road again!

Definitely underrated for me personally, I typically choose other options due to pricing. During this time of crazy inflation BJs seems to have maintained a great standard of quality while essentially being the same price as other lower quality options that have raised their prices! BJs has great beer and a ton of different food options from pasta and pizza to burgers, steaks, and unique dishes! Happy hour also helps take that hit off your wallet because they have half off appetizers and discounted beer prices 😀 🍻

I went in for some dinner with some friends and the atmosphere was great, but there was one particular server who stood out. Ashley, who had brought our food to our table, had the most outstanding personality! She was such a sweetheart and has the greatest customer service compared to the other staff there who weren’t that friendly with us at all. You can tell she is a hard worker and has some great work ethic. She constantly was asking if our food was great and you can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the service she provides compared to others. This girl deserves a raise if she hasn’t got one already!

Unsatisfactory. Arrived for my reservation was told that they were not excepting any walk in’s yet the place was desolate. Had to ask for a menu 10mins after being seated. Had to inquire about a waiter 6 mins after getting our menu (yes I was timing everything at this point). All while the hostess (3 of them) were chatting at the front desk. There were no burgers, appetizers or steaks available on the menu at 948pm. How can you run an establishment such as Dave and Busters and run out of food while not informing you guest with reservations upon checking in. Been to quiet a few D&B establishments and this one is definitely poorly ran.
