Thai Town

Thai Town is a typical Thai comfort food place. I came here on lunch hours. I like the size of the servings, the waitress was attentive of my needs, and courteous. I like the Pad Thai, garnished with orange and lemon. I like that they set the peanuts and pepper grounds on my plate. My overall experience here is wonderful! I like the taste of my food, they give a complimentary tomyon souo to warm your belly. I also ordered the fruit mixed drink. Somewhat pricey but I still love my experience overall!

First of all I would like to say this restaurant... no matter the food or the customers service is ridiculous! I never write any review on yelp but this time is really beyond my border line. The customer service they provided were really bad. The tom yum soup had no flavor at all. It taste like 80% water with spicy sauce. The pineapple fried rice taste like Chinese fried rice with few can pineapples at the bottom. We asked for cancellation because it doesn't taste like THAI food at all! Well, they should change the restaurant to CHINESE, not THAI. They started to give us attitude and talk behind our back out loud in the kitchen, and we can hear all the way from the kitchen to our dining table.

i would agree that this is the best asian restaurant in this shopping area from following perspectives: taste, speed to deliver, price, and ambience. it's very crowded also during lunch time but the waiters most of the time are able to manage the customers, well i'm saying from small restaurant point of view not from a fine dining one

Bad customer service, bad attitude and say something bad about customer in their back kitchen loud. I don't want make comment about their foods right here because everyone have different preference. I only had couple bites on my orders then check and leave. Its totally mess my mood for a dinner. If you are really hungry, they might help.

A big party was seated right after they sat us and the waiter guy takes their order before us. I waited some time and then walked up to request service. Still kept ignoring us. Finally my wife lost it and walked out with kids. I told the lady that my wife walked out cuz of poor service and to please cancel the order.
