What an amazing discovery in the secret place that is "Le Moi"! It was so much more than delicious food, it was a fantastic social experience. The access to the restaurant is adventurous and may surprise a few... Just keep going until the gps tells you "you have arrived". The restaurant location is isolated thereby giving all the privacy you may need. You can enjoy the pool, walk the space like you were at home, and join Jeff in the kitchen. We celebrated my birthday there and I could not have found a better place. We spent the entire evening and night going from beautiful, delicious, original and surprising dishes to more surprising dishes. All that in the great company of the Chef and his family that we welcomed to join us at the table.
The entire dining experience (7+ courses) was designed to feel satisfied (without the use of any filler that would fill up your stomach), using local products from the sea and the land.
In the lounge area, we relaxed with a cocktail and a fresh mix of finely chopped vegetables with fermented cottage cheese. After moving to the table we tasted a range of home made butters; one with ginger and sesame was truly incredible. Among other things we had a fish tartare, a blue curacao squid with a "beurre blanc", an astonishing olive oil ice cream with bacon, gold leaves and golden olive oil (the most expensive dish served in Spain we believe), a dessert with watermelon and feta cheese, and another with dragon fruit and filled chouquettes.
This remote and exclusive dining experience is perfect for all kinds of occasions, and can accommodate up to about 15 people.

I took my Partner for our 1st Anniversary and we had the most wonderful time. Its a complete journey of your senses combined with the most calming oasis of the soul. Jeff and Sylvia are like long lost family and we felt instantly at home! Biggest problem for me now is how an earth I can top that treat for next years anniversary!!!
