Sonic Drive-in

We stopped here on our 3.5 hour trip home. I ordered 3 chocolate shakes among other food. When she arrived with the shakes she was very hurried I grabbed the box and passed them to my boyfriend. 2 of the lids weren't on and spilled all down the side of him and my daughter. When I told the carhop girl she tried to just continue giving me the food. I asked for more napkins and maybe some with water on them she said we don't have any paper towels. I said I just asked for some wet napkins. After we got most of it cleaned up my boyfriend grabbed clothes to change into and the carhop girl walked by and rudely snapped at him that the bathrooms aren't open. Accidents happen but it's how it's rectified that makes the impression. Super disappointed with the service here. My family always loves Sonic on roadtrips but I don't think we will be stopping at this one again or recommending it as a stop to any of our friends and family. 🥺

This is the sonic where I first experienced the wonderful, tasty, joy that is Sonic! They're the location that got me hooked, and when I moved back to WA had me traveling 3 hours out of my way once a month (at minimum) just to get their yummy food! I don't know what this location does differently than other locations in my old hometown in WA, but it just tastes better here! So glad to be "home!" Yummy food, great prices, and uber friendly staff! Always a pleasure all the way around!
