This review is from my girlfriend (she doesn't have gmail) My gf got injured and went personally to cancel the subscription and 18 months later they send her to collection. If the billing department has limited to the most basic form (they implied that in the email), Members need to be notified and a letter was never mailed letting her know of those changes. I think under these type of circumstances, the members needs to be extremely informed with all the precautions and changes the gym is doing, that's why the members pay a monthly fee, customer service job in any company is to make those information available, either online, by regular mail, email, text etc, but an excuse of *** it is not an obligation of Fight Club but a member's responsibility to be aware of the specifications of the agreement and to be on top of their membership responsibilities and status by contacting Fight Club on operation time to be properly inform*** I have attached a pic of the "Statement" which the sales person is "reserved" and their email justifying their unethical way to collect money, WITH NO NAME EITHER. ***PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEIR AGREEMENT AND THEIR SHADY WAYS TO COLLECT MONEY 18 MONTHS LATER AFTER CANCELLATION***

I absolutely love Fight Club! I just moved to Miami from Washington D.C. , and was visiting some Boxing gyms near my new residential neighborhood, and I came across this awesome gym. I would highly recommend Fight Club to anyone. If you are like me and are use to exercising pretty frequently, if not daily then this is definitely the perfect place to be. The coaches are very knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you reach your fitness goals. As far as pricing, they have great weekly rates for people looking to join a gym and not break the bank while not being compromised with a contract. Much love to the Fight Club team!

Be aware before signing up here. Get every thing in writing if you sign up and when you cancel. They came after my wife two years after we left with a bunch of lies that we never canceled and sent her to collections for two months. Look at the other negative reviews. The reason they have closed other locations is because they operate as a shady business. Please think twice before coming here.

I'm glad this place opened up again. Right now all the weights and machines are new and oiled up. The place is going through some renovations still so some areas are not fully accessible but the main free weights room is there and the big classes room too with punching bags for your personal use. Classes have not started but are planned for later. In terms of safety, there is plenty of space to distance, some people using masks and there is disinfectant available in multiple places. For those wanting to spar there is a ring and an octagon cage for MMA.

Worst gym ever, disorganized and dirty, don’t let the name mislead you. And what’s even worse is that they will keep charging you. Corona happened and they were still charging I sent emails and when corona curfew stopped the gyms got open I went in person spoke to the manager spoke to the front rep guy and ask for a refund and ask for immediate cancellation account got canceled and And they kept charging me every first of the month I went back in person and they said they have a problem with billing and the manager showed me all the notes of many other cases and clients that are having The same problem with no resolution I went sign up in other gyms and I’m still waiting and struggling with this charges. don’t fall in this trap
