Pollo Tropical

The long line in the drive through is terrible. If that wasn't enough there are two ways to enter the drive through and therefore you run the risk of taking orders for the wrong person in line. This happened to us tonight. After being in line for about 45 minutes the person taking the orders at the car site took the order for someone who got there way after me. After bringing it up to the attention of the person taking orders she said she did not know and didn't offer a solution. I will never order food here again.

The audacity of Pollo Tropical has reached its limits! For the last 3 times I have eaten here, I have received dry inedible chicken. First time wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe it was a slow day and they might have prepared more than expected. Second time was a bit upset, but this time I am just frustrated. So here’s my interpretation to their new policies, since customers are complaining about the wait time, just prepare everything hours ahead of time and serve dry inedible food, no one will complain as long as it’s fast, right?! What a disaster, what a shame. Won’t be going back.

For the first time ever I go to a pollo tropical and the employee knows how to pass a coupon without having to call a manager, and that is well mannered and attentiveto the clients... wow José you are a great example for other employees on how they should treat their customers.... I wish I can give 10 stars... great job today...
