If I can give them - star I would.I am a former employee and customer and I must say If you ask for your food fresh they will take the old product and just reheat it.Also treated me unfairly told me they would no take my order because I took bite out my burger that was cold & told them it wasn’t fresh. This store managers are very nasty even if you ask nicely.

I live all the way in Pembroke Pine which I drive all the way to work and I would figure this restaurant would be open since it’s stated on the app that it’s 24/7. I went to this location and the guy told me on the headphones “we are close sorry”. What’s the point having it up as a 24/7 McDonald’s if you guys can’t even run a 24/7 restaurant and you know I have to go into work hungry because it’s not other location around in the area where I could get some breakfast. Please be more professional I thought it was “costumers first”? Seem like manger do what ever they want.😕👎🏾

This restaurant is my preferred one. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this restaurant I go the most. The stuff is very receptive and the food they offer is so good. I am always happy to have a good dinner in this restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

I keep playing myself coming to this McDonald’s, they’ve given me a burger with just cheese and condiments, no burger... today they gave my another completely wrong order and I wonder how they haven’t closed this down and made it into a Starbucks

Found a bone in my stale nuggets & fries, got a cheese burger with no patty & got 3 sauces for 80 nuggets. Overall HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 stars I would.
