Pa que Tiby is a Venezuelan restaurant, they have a variety of options for dishes from Maracaibo, the service is friendly enough,similar to what you would have experienced in Venezuela. The size-quality-price relationship is pretty decent, Nevertheless products original from Venezuela are way too expensive. I have been there already several time and there is always a lot of people so take that into consideration as it will take you some time to get your food to go or to have it there. Parking space is not a problem.

I went to this place for lunch because some friends recommended it and I had a bad time trying to find it and when I finally found it the service was slow even when there were just two other tables, the waitress forgot part of my order, part of my food was cold and at the end was very expensive(I asked one of the special of the day). Lemonade was ok.

Looked like a little cute hole in the wall but food came out and had little baby bugs/roaches crawling on the plate. We got up and left. They still charged us for the cafe con leche which should have been comped in my opinion. Will not go back or recommend. I only chose 1 star because I had no choice for 0 star.
