I ordered pizza with cheese crust and it had no taste whatsoever. The cheese was very poor quality and without taste. The pizza was so thin that it kept breaking when folding it. You sniff the pizza and nothing, no pizza smell. It tasted like cardboard . I should have gone to Costco that have better and tastier pizzas, Really! It’s all in the quality of your products. Managemnt need to take a look into this or you’ll lose customers. This is a friendly recommendation.

About a month ago and watching the adds ultimately have PJ on TV I ordered 2 large pizzas, one only cheese and the second with several sides. I did not check when arrived, the cheese was less than regular, both were like reheated. The second has a few sides concentrated on the center and over cooked. The flavor awful. We did not eat. I wrote to customer service and they answered immediately and offer to give me 2 large anyway I want it. It was the excellent side of the company. But, definitively I will not order again from PJ or at least from this order.

Horrible horrible customer service, they have the rudest people working there, they mess up your order and even after you call and complain they don’t give a dam, they hang up the phone.

They have lost quality completely. Don't trust delivery. And when you call to the place it takes forever that someone answers. When you order online they do a lot of mistakes as well. The flavors aren't as good as you expect. Don't recommend this papa John's location.

Ordered from them. 11 minutes later the tracker sais delivered. No one ever showed up, seems like the delivery driver got hungry on the way !

Was doing a Uber Eats delivery and asked to use the restroom, and was told it's for employees only; I guess Uber slaves aren't allowed to use the restrooms

Look at the reviews. The negative reviews aren't addressed by management which indicates that they simply don't care. I tried to call them several times concerning a delivery issue phone rang continuously till I was disconnected. Totally unacceptable so our business is done.

Horrible! We waited almost 2 hours for the pizza to arrive. Called several times and even offered to pick it up ourselves but they told us that it was already on its way. Almost an hour later and still no pizza. We had ordered the pizza for a birthday party but the pizza took so long the guests left. This is unacceptable
