Would probably gave it a 3 if the worker wasn't dude speaking in my face in another language saying look how she has all that cream and she'll call corporate on me and I told her to do it. She works in the afternoon and has dreads in her head. Coffee cream doesn't say how many a customer should take so I tol enough for me, my mom, and her co workers for when we come we would have cream already WHICH SOMETIMES THEY DON'T!!! So, the store is fine ots the folks working in it!!!

This is by far the worse 7eleven/ customer service i have EVER experienced. Daph- is what i think her name tag said..... is absolutely horrible. She had a new employee working with her and instead of helping him. She's going to tell him that im trying to rip them off with their reward system. Lol what a joke. Its as simple as showing the man what button to press so the discount could be applied. This woman should be fired!

I walk in place at 4:20 pm order a combo hotdog meal...I was disappointed about my shoes walking on sticky floor. It was nasty and very slippery. Complain about the condition and work had attitude and no caring about where they work at. I am disgusting about this filthy place and the rudeness of workers. Manger didn't care neither. The worst of the store. I wonder about the secret of their health wise when it come to food.

Rediculously horrible experience beyond my belief. A store employee had the front doors locked during business hours, and he was visible. I needed to pump gas and pay for it oh, and I also wanted a drink oh, and I had just come from another store in the area that closed .The employee said they were closed and refused to open the door or even make more than a glance at me . I stood there make sure that the store didn't have any special posted hours exceptions. I knocked again so that I could attempt to pay for gas and he came and opened it, and was rude and told me that he would not let me pay and then attempted to slam the door on me when I went to go in to get a drink. when he wouldn't identify himself I tried to get my phone out to either call corporate or document is features so that I could identify him, and he immediately smack the phone out of my hand onto the concrete and I thought it was broken. he threatened to fight me and go to the car and he began to attempt to take off his shirt so that he can handle it oh, and I told him I would be calling the police and corporate as well and would deal with it later. I reported it's a 911 and made a call, and while he was acting ridiculous, another customer pulled into the parking lot and backed right out and left. When I left the gas pump on able to fill up, he had walked back in and locked the door again and went back 2 being in the store . There was no one around, and I would have put up a fight, but I didn't know what to expect and was totally caught off guard at the thought of being physically assaulted and having to wait for police to come if he actually did more illegal conduct .I go to 7-Eleven across South Florida at least two or three times a day every day, and I have never had anything even close to this type of experience, and I will still support 7-Eleven, and I hope they are aware
