Mcdonald's

Terrible place. No orange juice, no Mc cafe, no ketchup. Really hard to get the basics. A lot of homeless people around and getting inside all the time. I decided to eat in. The area doesn't look safe. I didn't see any sign showing that tables were cleaned. One of the worst McDonald's I've been so far.

The late night crew here is definitely up to something. They are rude and slow and when you get to the front they are only accepting cash. Twice I waited almost an hour in the line and both times they were only accepting cash. I paid thru the app and they tell me I still owe money, after 5 minutes of waiting at the window they decided to take my credit card (even though the machine is supposedly broken). I asked for the manager's name and the worker said that she could not give me that information. I asked for a receipt and they said they couldn't do that either, she slammed the window and walked away. My order was wrong too. I'm certain that they are pocketing the cash from these sales, seems very sketchy. I will not be going back to this location ever!

Place sucks you usually have to order at a kiosk then wait in line to pay which takes around 30 minutes plus waiting for your food after. This place is just really slow and lacks a good amount of workers and ice cream machine never works and when you try to get their attention to ask for something they never hear you.

So, I normally never review Mcdonalds. They are all the same. This time I feel I have to. So, where do I begin. Between two guys running the drive thru and the deluge of uber eats, we waited 28 minutes on the drive thru. The guy working at the window had mentally cheked out a long time ago, and the number of uber eats waiting by the window was a bit nerve racking at 2 in the morning. Moral of the story, if you are running uber eats, get more staff.

Food is old, bad customer service.. most likely because they only hire disrespectful kids.. bathrooms r disgusting and toilets barely work.. u lucky if there's any toilet paper.. and one kid didn't add cheese like I asked for over and over and claimed he didn't have the money to give me my change. Im pretty sure they jacked up the prices too
