Wendy's

Love this location. Will drive past the one closer to my home. Always hot and fresh food. Workers are the best. And the strawberry lemonade and pineapple mango lemonade are ALWAYS on point. Every other Wendy's especially 54th and 11th Ave lemonade be straight WATER. No flavor! You won't be disappointed here.

I don't go to fast food restaurants often but when I do it is only Wendy's. The staff at this Wendy's location on Biscayne and 33rd Street is my favorite because the staff is always super friendly. They always get the orders correct and they are highly efficient and getting the line through the windows. If you see a long line of cars at the drive-up, you actually won't have to wait long.

The management at this store is exceptional! The team here has always been friendly and, when we discovered an exception to that one evening, we made a point of letting the management team know and they thanked us for the input. THAT is the kind of place that earns my loyalty. The beautiful people who work here are lucky to have a management team at the store and district level who understand the importance of great customer service - and we customers get the benefit of that. Congratulations! We'll be seeing you!

I hardly ever eat fast food but when I do I have bad experiences. This time EVERYTHING was perfect, starting with the person that helped me TIFFANY. She made me feel like I was in a luxury restaurant. Her customer service skills and amazing personality were terrific! She was soooo sweet and nice. I have never before been treated so nice in the fast food industry. Plus the food was fresh and hot just like I like it. Amazing experience. She should be training people around the country, she is that good!
